The Coalition also has four standing committees:

Route: Philip Sales, Chair. Oversees the engineering of the trail including route selection, easements, engineering and construction firm selection and design considerations.

Grant Solicitation: Chuck McMinn, Chair. Working to identify and secure available public funding for a portion of the Trail’s cost.

Capital Campaign: Chuck McMinn, Chair. Organize and conduct fund raising of the private portion of the Trail capital.

Marketing Committee: Gwen McGill, Chair. Communicates the aspirations and progress of the coalition through: web site, collateral material, speaker’s bureau, media outreach, social networks and events.
