Walk with a Doc -- Canceled

Because of the holiday weekend, we have canceled the September Walk. Our next Walk With a Doc is scheduled for October 7 in conjuctions with our VIVA Vine Trail event.
Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. What better way to start your weekend than on your feet making strides to help your heart and improve your general health to live longer! While you walk at your own pace, you’ll have the opportunity to have questions answered by a local physician.
Walk With A Doc on the Napa Valley Vine Trail will meet at the Hartle Court Vine Trail Shelter just north of the Napa Century Theater adjacent to the Napa County Animal Shelter. The walk will proceed from the Hartle Court Shelter to the end of the Cul-de-Sac which leads to the Vine Trail, then will head out on the Vine Trail for a 2-3 mile round trip walk. The walk will take less than 2 hours.
Event participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver before starting on the walk.
