With planning and construction of the Napa Valley Vine Trail moving ever forward, we want to give BikeFest attendees a chance to ride along one of the most scenic segments of the trail - and learn a little more about the organization behind this project.
A casual ride appropriate for all ages, this 7.5 mile 90-minute out-and-back ride is mostly flat and primarily along the Class 1 bike path. We plan to stop at several of the interpretive panels that share some Napa history along the route. While at Kennedy Park, riders will receive a brief overview of the Vine Trail project, including updates on programs, events, and future construction along the 47-mile long route.
The Vine Trail Ride will leave from BikeFest at the Oxbow Commons at 10am on Saturday, May 6th. All riders will be required to fill out a waiver, so make sure to show up a little early. This FREE ride is limited to 50 participants. To reserve your spot, sign up today!
Check out all the other awesome rides, live music, and happenings at Napa BikeFest: https://napabike.org/events/bikefest/. We will also have our tent set up, so stop by to say "Hi!"
October is the Vine Trail’s birthday month – our ninth! To celebrate, we had planned to offer COFFEE ON THE VINE TRAIL! We were going to set up our tent at the Oak Knoll North Shelter on the Vine Trail near Solano Ave and Darms Lane, but with the unpredictable air quality, we have decided to postpone.
