Vineyard 29 handcrafts six different wines from our five estate vineyards in the Saint Helena Appellation in our state of the art gravity flow winery at 2929 Highway 29 North in Saint Helena. For over 20 years we have focused on achieving the highest quality in every wine that we make and allowing each vineyard site to express its own personality. For the Vintner's Collection we have selected three of our best barrels from across all our vineyards to make a custom blend just for the Collection.
Our 2018 Vineyard 29 Vintner Collection wine offers fragrant violet and perfumed aromas with cocoa powder, chocolate covered blueberries and creme de cassis on the nose. Full bodied, mouth-watering acidity, a touch of fresh tobacco leaf, hints of wet slate, and a dark blue and black fruit-driven profile fill out the mid-palate and lead to juicy, supple, fine grain tannins and a long, drawn out finish.
