Advocates are pushing to complete the iconic Napa Valley Vine Trail, seeking to bridge an 11-mile gap from Yountville to St. Helena. The trail, meant to span the entire Napa Valley, currently boasts a 12-mile segment through Yountville and an 8-mile section from St. Helena to Calistoga. With an estimated $30 million needed, Napa County and the Vine Trail Coalition aim to secure funding and easements, projecting completion by the end of 2028. This missing link represents the final stretch toward achieving the Vine Trail's 20-year vision, creating a 47-mile cycling and walking haven from the Vallejo ferry terminal to Calistoga.
